Responsibilities

• Manage SaaS product implementations using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for seamless integration.
• Define project goals, objectives, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive plans.
• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
• Monitor project performance and prepare status reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and recommend process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams in Agile practices is desirable.
• Proficiency in Agile project management software.
• Any certification related to project management is a plus.
